We had a great time in Japan!!!
Wed, 28 Dec 2011Noreen – We had a great time in Japan, the JR tickets/hotels/rental car/fish market & sushi tour all worked as planned and made our short holiday very easy and most enjoyable. The highlights for us were riding the Shinkansen, exploring Kyushu waterways & mountains, experiencing a traditional Japanese bath (well I did even if Priscilla did not), and the fish market/sushi tour. The people who operated the tour were very nice and their English good so we were able to have a quality time (and great sushi) with much conversation about life in Japan & Australia and some of the experiences of their families in the time of WWII. We have exchanged emails with them since our return. And the rental car arrangements worked out very well, a GPS with English as an option was installed as part of the car’s standard equipment and was a very handy aid to driving. So thank you very much for your work in helping us to have such a successful holiday! Best regards – Denis

Mon, 17 Oct 2011Dear Wataru-san, We are back from our trip - it was wonderful and all arrangements went very smoothly in Japan. We were very impressed with the Japanese trains and the JR East staff at Narita airport were very friendly and helpful, organising all our tickets and passes very quickly. We really enjoyed Japan and its friendly people and the hotels you recommended were very good - most enjoyable staying in Kyoto where there was more to do than we had time for. We'll have to go again! Thanks again to you and your staff for a terrific holiday and we'll have no hesitation in recommending your services to others. Cheers, D. K from Canberra

Wed, 28 Sep 2011Hello Shiho, I just wanted to let you know we returned from our trip on Monday and that we had a wonderful time. Thank you for your arrangements with your tours. Everything went very smoothly and we found our way around easily. We really enjoyed everything we saw and in hindsight would only change a couple of things, It would have been good to have more time in both Tokyo and Takayama. The typhoons did not cause many problems apart from a drenching in Kyoto!

Wed, 10 Aug 2011Dear Shiho, Don't know if you remember us, but you assisted us with the planning of our trip to Japan in June this year. We wanted to let you know just how wonderful our holiday was. Our accommodation was wonderful at the New Otani in Osaka and the Park Hotel in Tokyo. The staff were very helpful, especially in the restaurants as we had special dietry requirements. We managed to get ourselves around on the trains ok, and we just loved the bullet trains. We visited Hiroshima, Nara and Kyoto. We organised for a volunteer guide to meet us in Kyoto and she was the loviest lady and we had a great day. My daughter and I even got dressed as Maiko's and had photos taken, it was a funny sight!!! So many thanks for your help and assistance to make our trip to Japan fantastic. We know it won't be our last.

Sun, 24 Jul 2011I would like to introduce some of the hotels in Shinjuku today. Firstly, I introduce Shinjuku Washington Hotel. It is a 3 ★ hotel that is excellently located. Points of interest ・Although this hotel is relatively cheap, it has direct access from both Narita and Haneda airports by limousine bus. ・There are many restaurants and facilities for all guests. ・There is a coin-operated laundry in the new building for long stay guests
