Dear Wataru-san, We are back from our trip - it was wonderful and all arrangements went very smoothly in Japan. We were very impressed with the Japanese trains and the JR East staff at Narita airport were very friendly and helpful, organising all our tickets and passes very quickly. We really enjoyed Japan and its friendly people and the hotels you recommended were very good - most enjoyable staying in Kyoto where there was more to do than we had time for. We'll have to go again! Thanks again to you and your staff for a terrific holiday and we'll have no hesitation in recommending your services to others.
