Day 1 Arrive Tokyo
Arrive at New Tokyo International Airport (Narita). Local staff will meet clients at customs exit and assist them in boarding airport bus. Transfer to Hotel. Accommodation at Shiba Park Hotel or similar for 3 nights.
Day 2 Tokyo
Morning city tour: Tokyo Tower Observatory, Imperial Palace Plaza, Asakusa Kannon Temple. No drop off service provided. Afternoon free at leisure.
Day 3 Tokyo - Nikko - Tokyo
Full day excursion to Nikko by motorcoach with lunch. Visiting Toshogu Shrine, and Irohazaka zigzag drive-way. After Japanese-style lunch at local restaurant, visit Lake Chuzenji and Kegon Waterfall. Tour disbands in Ginza and Shinjuku. No drop-off service provided.
Day 4 Tokyo - Mt. Fuji - Hakone
Deluxe motorcoach to the foot of Mt.Fuji via expressway. Then drive halfway up Japan's highest mountain to enjoy a spectacular view from 2,300metres. Lunch at Hotel Highland Resort. Afternoon, proceed to Hakone for a cruise on Lake Ashi and Mt.Komagatake Aerial Cableway. Accommodation at Hakone Hotel Kowaki-en with hot spring baths.
Day 5 Hakone - Takayama
TakayamaMorning, drive to Odawara and board a Shinkansen for Nagoya. Transfer to a limited-express for Takayama, an ancient, tranquil city called "Little Kyoto". Afternoon, stroll through Takayama, visiting. Yatai Kaikan Hall, where colourfully decorated traditional festival floats are displayed; Kusakabe Folk craft Museum, formerly the residence of powerful merchants under government patronage; and the streets of Kami Sannomachi, which preserve traditional Japanese wooden houses. Accommodation at Hida Hotel Plaza
Day 6 Takayama - Shirakawago - Kanazawa
Visit the famous morning market of Takayama. Scenic drive by Lake Miboro and along Shokawa River to Shirakawago, designated in 1995 as part of the World Heritage. Its highlights are unique structures called Gassho-Zukuri, or joined-hands farmhouses. Then visit Gokayama, another World Heritage village, where you can experience making Gokayama Washi, traditional Japanese paper. Continue to Kanazawa. Accommodation at Kanazawa Miyako Hotel or similar.
Day 7 Kanazawa - Kyoto
Morning city tour in Kanazawa visiting Kenrokuen Garden, Kutaniyaki Pottery Kiln and stroll through the Nagamachi Samurai House District. Afternoon, limited express train to Kyoto. Arriving around 5.00pm. Accommodations at hotel in Karasuma Kyoto Hotel.
(One Way Trip Course)
Day 8 Kyoto
Heian ShrineMorning city tour of Kyoto, visiting Golden Pavillion*, Nijo Castle* and Kyoto Imperial Palace*. After lunch at Handicraft Centre, visiting Sanjusangendo, Heian Shrine, Kiyomizu Temple.
Day 9 Depart Osaka
Free at leisure until departure (departure time is announced to your hotel on the day before departure). Transfer to Kansai International Airport by seat sharing van.
(Round Trip Course)
Day 8 Kyoto
Morning city tour of Kyoto, visiting Golden Pavillion*, Nijo Castle* and Kyoto Imperial Palace*. After lunch at Handicraft Centre, visiting Sanjusangendo, Heian Shrine, Kiyomizu Temple.
Day 9 Tokyo - Narita Airport
Free at leisure until departure (departure time is announced to your hotel on the day before departure). Local staff will meet client at the hotel and assist them in boarding an airport bus to Narita Airport.

Costing will vary from time to time depending on the exchange rate. The final rate will be confirmed at time of booking confirmation.
One Way Trip: Your baggage will be transported from Hakone to Kyoto onDay 5. Each person will be allowed one piece of baggage.- For overnight stays in Takayama and Kanazawa, werecommend that you carry a light overnight bag.- Additional baggage will require an extra fee of JPY 2,200per item.- Each person will be allowed one piece of baggage forseat sharing van from Kyoto to Kansai Airport. Additionalbaggage will require an extra fee of JPY 1,000 per item.
Round Trip: Your baggage will be transported from Tokyo to Kyoto onDay 4 and from Kyoto to Tokyo on Day 8. Each personwill be allowed one piece of baggage.For overnight stay in Hakone, we recommend that youcarry a light overnight bag.Additional baggage will require an extra fee of JPY 2,200 per item.

*On Sat. Sun. & National holidays; visit Higashi Honganji Temple or Kitano Temmangu Shrine instead.

Remarks:
*This tour is offered for travellers from overseas only.
* Participants will be taken care of by the English-speaking guide or assistant assigned to each tour from the point of assembly to the disbanding point. Please
note that the guide/assistant may change daily and that they are not staying at the hotel with the tour group.
* As the departure flight leaves Kansai Airport at midnight, participants may have to wait several hours at the airport after arriving in a bench-seated van.
* Extending your length of stay during the tour is not possible. Please ask your Sunrise Center for an extension if you plan to extend your stay in either Tokyo or Kyoto.
* Please review the remarks for each tour mentioned on the tour page. On Mon., Fri., and when the Imperial Palace East Gardens is closed, we will visit the Imperial Palace Plaza instead on Day 2.
* Please inform us if you would like to book a different tour for Day 8 of the Round Trip Plan.
* Guests are allowed to leave the tour at Itami Airport. If you would like to do so, please let us know upon booking.

(For Nikko Tour)
1.We recommend you bring an overcoat or other warm clothing during spring, autumn, and winter.
2. In the case of traffic jams on Irohazaka, the tour will visit either the Rinnoji Temple Taiyuin Mausoleum, Futarasan Jinja Shrine, Kirifurinotaki Waterfall, or Nikko Tamozawa Imperial Villa instead of visiting to Lake Chuzenji and the Kegonnotaki Waterfall.
3.The tour will not be canceled nor refunded even if you are unable to see the full view of Lake Chuzenji and Kegonnotaki waterfall due to
weather conditions.
4.Boarding together with Nikko & Ninja (Edo Wonderland) 1 Day Tour (F310).
5.Earphone guidance may not be used if the number of participants is less than 15.
6.Scheduled time for lunch and arrival is subject to change due to the heavy traffic.
7.If a tour participant damages or loses an earphone guidance device, he/she may be charged for compensation (JPY 10,000).

(For Mt. Fuji - Hakone Tour)
1. Multilingual audio guiding devices recorded in Korean, Chinese, German and Spanish will be provided free of charge on these tours.
2. Please make requests in advance to receive this special free service.
3. Mt. Komagatake Aerial Cableway skipped due to traffic conditions without alternative on the following days;
Jun. 1, 2, Apr. 29 - May. 1, May. 6, Jul. 19, Aug. 1 - 2, 8 - 9, 16, 22 - 23, 29 - 30, Sep. 5, 12, 22, Oct. 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, Nov. 21, Dec. 30, 31
4. When "Fuji Visitor Center" is closed, or if the tour is behind the schedule due to traffic jam, "Fuji Visitor Center" may be skipped.
5. When the driveway up to Mt.Fuji's 5th station is closed in winter and somedays in early spring due to heavy snow, or if the tour is behind schedule due to traffic jam, you will go up highest possible point.
6. Komagatake Ropeway or Cruise on Lake Ashi may also be omitted or substituted depending on traffic, weather conditions, or for other operational reasons. In this case, you will enjoy one in case of either of them omitted or two for both of them omitted out of following althernatives; Narukawa Museum in Hakone, Hakone Check Point, Cruise on Lake Kawaguchi, Hakone-en Aquarium, Hakone shrine, Owaku-dani and Lake Kawaguchi Ropeway. Your tour guide will finalize alternative places, based on careful study of tour movement and other conditions.
7. We recommend you to bring an overcoat or other warm clothing during autumn and winter.
8. Even if you go up to 5th station of Mt. Fuji, it so happens that you cannot see the full view of Mt. Fuji due to the weather conditions. We shall never make any refund and also never cancel the tour operation for this reason.

(For Takayama Tour)
We recommend you prepare casual clothes and comfortable shoes.
Also, please bring an overcoat or warm clothes from the chilly month
of October to the snowy month of February.
When the former Toyama family residence is closed, or during days
of heavy snow in the winter, we may visit the Gassho-zukuri Folklore
Park.
Lake Miboro may be skipped if there is heavy snow.

(For Kyoto Morning Tour)
1.On Saturdays,Sundays,public holidays Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed.The tour will visit Nishi Honganji instead.This includes before and after the public viewing of the Kyoto Imperial Palace in April and October,three days before and after Aoi Festival(May 15) and when there is an Imperial Household event.
2.Please note you are asked your full name,nationality,gender and age to follow necessary procedures before entering the Kyoto Imperial Palace.
3.On Tuesdays in Jan.,Jul.,Aug.,and Dec.or Wednesday if Tuesday in national holiday,Nijo castle is closed.The tour will visit Ryoanji Temple or Daitokuji Daisen-in Temple instead.
