I just wanted to thank you for the tour you arranged for my friends and me when we landed in Osaka.

The tour leader Naomi was ready and waiting for us when we arrived in early to Osaka.

She was very professional and very well organised and changed the tour around to suit our needs.  She provided us with a great introduction to Japan.
