Dear Fumiko, My wife and I had a lovely time in Japan. Next time we may stay a little longer !!! Thank you for your good organisation. Kind regards,
Firstly please let me thank you for assisting us to organise such a fabulous trip. We found Hakuba amazing and the accommodation at High Mount was fantastic. We will certainly visit Japan and High Mount again in the future.
Hi Bianca, Just arrived home today and wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for your assistance with our booking. Everything was great – just the Chitoese Airport/Niseko return shuttle bus transfers which were a bit disorganised. Both seemed to take forever with several stops at various hotel points along the way making it a very long journey for the children. Next time we will definitely book our own private car transfers door-to-door. Once again, thanks for your assistance and best wishes to you for a wonderful 2015!
Hi Fumiko, Had a great holiday and plenty of snow. Thanks for organising so well.
Hi Bianca, Just a quick note to say thanks for the travel arrangements. They all went very well and we had no issues at all. The Hotel Moegi is highly recommended, with local, friendly staff that couldn’t do enough for you. The accommodation, breakfast, and facilities were all very good. The location close to the Happo Gondola is a big winner.
Thank you Fumiko. Here is the picture from our window.
Bianca , Just thought I’d let you know what a fantastic trip we had. The snow in Nozawa Onsen was amazing, we got 2 dumps whilst we were there and it was the best snow I have ever skied. The Resort Inn Chitose was a good with a great position and the breakfasts were interesting, but enjoyable. Thanks for your help in booking the trip, I will be in contact for the next one.
In May this year, my wife and I travelled to Japan. It was a short trip primarily to take in the sights of this extraordinary country, indulge in the culinary experiences and experience the great customer service which is raved about worldwide. In the excitement of booking this holiday and two weeks to go, we realised that we had forgotten to order our JR Rail Passes (which include use on the Skinkansen (bullet trains) which connect the major cities in Japan) and pre-book any tours.
