Good talking to you yesterday.
Once again, on behalf of the six of us who joined the above tour so well put together by you, we wish to express our sincere appreciation and thank you for a job well done.
The arrangements met our expectations – the hotels were clean, staff polite, centralised and well-located to shopping centres and train stations; the bus/ coach and train schedules, incld to-and-fro Yokohama & Haneda
Airport, and for the land tours went well and on time usually; and the land tour places of interest, incld lunches and river cruises etc was good. Our main disappointment was that we never got to see Mt Fuji – the day we went was cloudy with slight drizzle etc. apparently quite common for you need a good lucky day to be able to see Mt Fuji
We really appreciate your detailed and clear instructions regarding trains to catch, where to walk to our hotels or train stations etc. Changing our train schedule so that we could arrive back in Tokyo early was good; so also the last few free days in Tokyo.
Once again, arigatou-gozaimas Bianca-san from all of us.
