Day 1 Yokohama → Hakone → Fuji

Yokohama → Hakone → Fuji

Today you will ride from the Ducati Shop in Yokohama through to Fuji. Following departure, you will ride all the way to the Hakone area to visit the legendary Hakone Shrine, one of the most powerful locations in Japan. You will then undertake one of the most unforgettable riding adventures of all time - travelling all the way to Mount Fuji's Fifth Station. The highest point reachable by vehicles on the mountain. In the evening you will move to your hotel to rest in the hot spring water before continuing your ride tomorrow.

Day 2 Fuji → Matsumoto → Hida Takayama

Fuji → Matsumoto → Hida Takayama

Today you will ride from Fuji through to Hida. Today, after some scenic riding through the Japanese mountains, you will reach Suwa Lake to take in its beautiful waters and rock  rock panorama backdrop. Back on your Ducati, you will ride all the way to the city of Matsumoto. Upon arrival in the city, visit  Matsumoto castle, a symbol of the city built in the 16th century, and one of Japan’s most beautiful original castles. Its main feature is its black wainscoting, giving it the nickname of “Crow Castle". Travel onward to the Hida area to check into your overnight accommodation and rest up for tomorrow.

Day 3 Hida Takayama → Shirakawa-go → Noto Peninsula

Hida Takayama → Shirakawa-go → Noto Peninsula

Today you will ride from Hida through to the Noto Peninsula. Start your day today riding along Gifu Prefecture's mountains until you reach the World Heritage site of Shirakawago, where you can marvel at the traditional gassho-zukuri farmhouses, some of which are more than 250 years old. Your route will then take you to the Himi Banya fish market where interested riders may like to take the time to check out an original Japanese fish delicatessen. End that day riding to Nanao Bay, in the Noto Peninsula, and rest in a luxury hot spring resort by the sea.

Day 4 Noto Peninsula → Tateshina

Noto Peninsula → Tateshina

Today you will ride from the Noto Peninsula through to Tateshina. On the Noto Peninsula, enjoy the dramatic rock formations of the coast side. You will continue to the north to enjoy some extraordinary beach riding on the legendary Chirihama beach, the only beach driveway in Japan. You will then arrive to the city of Kanayamachi. Interested riders may like to sightsee around this city reminiscent of the Edo Period's atmosphere. You will also have the opportunity to purchase entry into an authentic Japanese Tea Ceremony. The day will end with one more mountain ride before arriving at your hotel in Tateshina city.

Day 5 Tateshina → Yokohama

Tateshina → Yokohama

Today you will ride from Tateshina back to Yokohama. Spend the last day of your tour enjoying pure fun riding. You will ride through the Nagano area between the Japanese Alps, with the option of stopping at Mishakaike Lake. Located into the Yatsugatake Mountain range, this is one of the greatest landscapes in the country. You will continue riding through the mountains, enjoying the heavy curves on your Ducati until arriving back at the Ducati Tomei Yokohama shop to hand over your bike and head home to dream of your next Japan riding adventure!
