After breakfast at your hotel, take part in the Dynamic Tokyo Tour; experience a traditional Japanese Tea Ceremony, and visit Tokyo Tower, the Imperial Palace Gardens, Sensoji Temple, and embark on a Sumida River Cruise.

Breakfast at your hotel followed by a World Heritage Nikko Full Day Tour; visiting the Nikko Toshogu Shrineand one of Nikko’s three famous waterfalls, Kegon Falls.

Breakfast at your hotel. Travel by coach up to 2,300 metres on Japan’s highest mountain, Mt. Fuji, to experience a spectacular view. Enjoy a Japanese-style lunch. In the afternoon, proceed for a sightseeing cruise on Lake Ashiand Mt. Komagatake Ropeway. After the tour, make your own way from Hakone Yumoto Station to your accommodation.
Overnight at Hakone Pax Yoshino or similar (4 Star Ryokan).

After breakfast at your hotel, make your own way from Odawara Station to Kyotovia bullet train. Upon arrival, make your own way to your accommodation.

After breakfast at your hotel, continue the day with morning sightseeing in Kyoto; visiting the Golden Pavilion, Nijo Castleand the Kyoto Imperial Palace. After lunch, travel to Nara; visiting Todaiji Temple,which houses the Great Buddha.Nara Parkis home to many tame deer which roam freely; visit the Kasuga Shrine, which is filled with 3,000 lanterns. End the day by returning back to Kyoto.

Breakfast at your hotel. Pack an overnight bag forMt. Koya, and leave Kyoto by train and cable car via Gokurakubashi, where you will have free time at leisure. Your other luggage will be transferred to Osaka, please leave it at your hotel in Kyoto. Enjoy aJapanese-Shojin Ryori (Monk's food - vegetarian dishes) for dinner at the Temple.

After a Buddhist Monk vegetarian breakfast and lecture in English, about the history of Mt. Koya and Buddhism Henjoko-in, transfer toOsakavia train. The rest of the day can be spent sightseeing in Osaka at your leisure.

Day 2: Daynamic Tokyo Tour
1. If the Japanese tea experience does not opeate on the day, the tour will visit the Meiji Shrine.
2. During the cherry blossom season (around 21- Mar - 12 Apr), due to change in time schedule of Sumida Rive Cruise, the finish time of the tour may be late. And a visit to Sumida River Cruise may be replaced by Sumida Park in case of overcrowing.
3. Sumida River Cruise may be cancelled without notice depending on river conditions. In this case the guide will announce the change schedule.
4. The location of lunch is subject to change depending on restaurant business hours.
5. The amount of time spent at the Hamarikyu Gardens may vary depending on the reservation time of Sumida River Cruise.

Day 3: Nikko Full Day Tour

1. Due to expected traffic congestion during the peak autumn season, the tour will not visit the Kegon Falls or Lake Chuzenji between 11th October and 6th November 2016. During these dates, the tour will visit either the Rinno-ji temple Taiyu- in Mausoleum, Nikko Futarasan Jinja Shrine, the Kirifuri falls or the Nikko tamozawa Imperial Villa. No refunds will be made even if substitutions mentioned in remarks 1 and 2 occur as a result of traffic conditions on dates not mentioned.
2. The tour may also be changed to the above itinerary on dates other than that listed above due to traffic congestion, or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be provided for changes in the itinerary.
3. Note arrival times may be delayed due to traffic conditions as this tour will travel by bus.
4. As temperatures drop in Nikko, it is highly recommednded to bring an overcoat or other warm clothing from fall to spring.
5. This tour involves walking the hills and stairs of Toshogu Shrine and Kirifuri Falls. Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and sneakers are recommended.
6. Earphone devices will be provided at Nikko Toshogu Shrine in order to directly hear the tour guide. However this may not apply if there are less than 15 participants.
7. A fine of JPY 10,000 may be charged if earphones are lost or damaged.
8. Please note that due to repair and restoration work, part or all of Toshogu Shrine's Yomeimon Gate may not be visible.


Day 4: Mt. Fuji & Hakone Tour
1. Please note that the tour may not visit the Mt. Komagatake Ropeway in cases of heavy traffic. The tour will not be cancelled, and no refunds will be provided in such cases. In addition, the arrival time may also be delayed. (The estimated arrival time is between 20:00-22:00)
2. If the Fuji Visitor Centre is closed or the tour is behind schedule due to traffic the visit to Fuji Visitor Centre may be skipped.
3. If the roadway to Mt Fuji 5th Station should be blocked due to road surface freezing, the tour will be taken to the highest elevation point possible.
4. As temperatures drop significantly on Mt. Fuji, it is highly recommended to bring an overcoat or other warm clothing from fall to spring.
5. The tour will not be cancelled or refunded even if the full view if Mt. Fuji is not visible due to weather conditions.
6. The Komagatake Ropeway or Lake Ashi cruise may be omitted or substituted depending on traffic, weather conditions or other operational concerns. If either or both are omitted the following alternatives may be used:  Hakone Ropeway, Owakudani Valley, Hakone Check Point, Narukawa Art Museum, Hakone Sekisho (checking station) remains, Lake Kawaguchi Cruise, pirate boat on Lake Ashi, Lake Kawaguchi Ropeway, Hakone-en Auqarium,Itchiku Kubota Art Museum. The tour will not be cancelled or refunded for such itinerary alteration.
7. Please apply GPS audio guide at the time of reservation. The number of GPS audio guides is limited, so they may not be available to each of you.
8. The tour guide may not accompany you back to Tokyo from Odawara Station. In this case, the manner of returning will be iinformed in advance.
9. Note the bus may make multiple stops at hotels, in the Hakone area after sightseeing concludes. 
10. If the minimum number of participants is not met by 4 days before a scheduled date, the tour on the date may be cancelled.


Day 6: Kyoto & Nara 1 Day Tour
1. On Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays, Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed. On these days, the tour will visit an alternative destination (Kitano-tenmangu). The same is true of the period before and after the public viewing of the Kyoto Imperial Palace in April and October, May 14 - 17 due to the Aoi Festival, and whenever there is an Imperial Household event.
2. Nishi Honganji temple will be visited on 25 Jun, 25 Sep, 25 Dec instead of Kitano-Tenmangu shrine.
3. On Tuesdays (Wednesday if Tuesday is a national holiday) in January, July, August, and December and the January holiday season, Nijo Castle is closed. The tour will visit Ryoanji Temple instead.
4. Please note that you will be asked to complete a form indicating your full name, nationality, gender, and age before entering Kyoto Imperial Palace.
5. Please provide advance notice if your group consists of five or more Japanese citizens. If you do not inform us of this information in advance, your party may be denied entry to Kyoto Imperial Palace.
6. At Kasuga Taisha Shrine, the tour will not enter areas requiring admission.
7. Drop-off service from Karasuma Kyoto Hotel and Hotel Nikko Princes Kyoto cannot be provided during Gion Festival (Saki Matsuri/ 14th - 16th July) due to traffic restrictions.
8. The tour may not visit Nara Nagomikan, if it is closed or due to traffic conditions.
9. Connection to the Kyoto Night Tour or Kyoto Maiko Tour is not possible.
10. A vegetarian meal is available. Please request upon reservation.
11. From Osaka Departure, Kintetsu train or a bus transportation will be used between Osaka and Kyoto, Nara and Osaka. If using public transportation from Osaka to Kyoto or Nara to Osaka, that all trains have non-reserved seating. Please note that seating may not be available.
12. English speaking assistant will be accompanied the trip from Osaka to Kyoto and the return from Kitetetsu - Nara station to Osaka Namba station.

Day 8: Mt. Koya
1. If you do not pick up your tickets at the Nankai information Center, you will be unable to join the tour. Nankai Information Center is open from 9:00 to 20:00.
2. Participants are free to choose their desired train departure times. However please note that additional fees will be requred for limited express trains (JPY 780 / Adult and JPY 390/ Child as of 1 Sep 2015)
3. It is recommended to bring warm clothing as temperatures drop significantly in Koyasan
4. Single and Triple rooms are same price as Twin rooms (per person)
5. Please refer to the itinerary sent to you by the day before the tour to confirm the accommodation location.
