Dear Shiho,
Don't know if you remember us, but you assisted us with the planning of our trip to Japan in June this year. We wanted to let you know just how wonderful our holiday was. Our accommodation was wonderful at the New Otani in Osaka and the Park Hotel in Tokyo. The staff were very helpful, especially in the restaurants as we had special dietry requirements.
We managed to get ourselves around on the trains ok, and we just loved the bullet trains. We visited Hiroshima, Nara and Kyoto. We organised for a volunteer guide to meet us in Kyoto and she was the loviest lady and we had a great day. My daughter and I even got dressed as Maiko's and had photos taken, it was a funny sight!!!
So many thanks for your help and assistance to make our trip to Japan fantastic. We know it won't be our last.

Anyone wishing to holiday in Japan must consider purchasing the JR RAIL PASS. I travelled extensively for three weeks and it saved so much time and effort. I would never travel without it after seeing how difficult it is to travel by constantly having to purchase tickets and contend with waiting queues. The JR Midori offices assisted so very well even when English was limited and the speed and efficiency of which pre booked tickets were issued was a delight. I also found the Comfort Hotel chain absolutely fabulous, very very clean, new and reasonably priced and facilities were wonderful. Can highly recommend them.
