Tokyo Morning city tour. Visit Tokyo Tower, Imperial Palace Plaza, Sensoji temple and Nakamise Shopping Arcade. This tour will disband at either Akihabara or Tokyo Station. (The tour guide will give you directions on how to return to your hotel. Transportation costs are not included.) Afternoon is free time at your leisure. Same Tokyo hotel as previous night.

Luggage Transfer to Kyoto Leave your luggage at bell desk.
Travel by coach halfway up Japan's highest mountain "Mt Fuji", to experience a spectacular view from a height of 2,300 metres. Enjoy a Japanese-style lunch. In afternoon, a ride on a pirate ship on Lake Ashi ,proceed to Komagatake Ropeway, Hakoneen. After the tour, Make your own way fromHakone-Yumoto Station

Free untill departure. Transfer to Kansai Airport by Airport Shuttle van.Pick up time is about 4hours prior to the flight.

Day 2: Tokyo Morning Tour
1. If the minimum number of participants is not met by 4 days before a scheduled date, the tour on the date may be cancelled.
2. As the Royal Family New Year Greeting takes place at the Imperial Palace on Jan. 2nd, we will not be visiting the Imperial Palace on that day (we will be viewing the Palace from the bus).

Day 4. Mt. Fuji  & Hakone Tour
1.Please note that the tour may not visit the Mt. komagatake Ropeway in cases of heavy traffic. the tour will not be cancelled, and no redunds will be provided in such cases. In addition, the arrival time may also be delayed. ( The estimated arrival time is between 20:00-22:00) 
2.If Fuji Visitor Centre is closed or the tour is behind schedule due to traffic the visit to Fuji Visitor Centre may be skipped. 
3. If the roadway to Mt Fuji 5th station should be blocked due to road  surface freezing, the tour would be take to the highest elevation point possible. 
4.As temperatures drop significantly on Mt. Fuji, it is highly recommended to bring an overcoat of other warm clothing from fall to spring. 
5.The tour will not be cancelled or refunded even if the full view if Mt. Fuji is not visible due to weather conditions. 
6.The Komagatake Ropeway or Lake Ashi cruise ma be omitted or substituted depending on traffic, weather conditions or other operational concerns. If either or both are omitted the following alternatives may be used:  Hakone Ropeway, Owakudani valley, Hakone  Check Point,  Narukawa Art Museum, Hakone Sekisho (checking station) remains, Lake Kawaguchi Cruise, pirate boat on Lake Ashi, Lake Kawaguchi Ropeway, Hakone-en Auqarium, Itchiku Kubota Art Museum. The tour will not be cancelled or refunded for such itinerary alteration. 
7.Please apply GPS audio guide at the time of reservation. The number of GPS audio guides is limited, so they may not be available to each of you. 
8.The tour guide may not accompany back to Tokyo from Odawara Station. In this case, the manner of returning will be informed in advance.
9.Note the bus may make multiple stops at hotels, in the Hakone area after sightseeing concludes. 

10.If the minimum number of participants is not met by 4 days before a scheduled date, the tour on the date may be cancelled. 

Day 5 Kyoto Morning Tour
1. Kyoto Imperial palace is closed on Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays and the year end. During these dates, the tour will visit Kitano-tenmangu Shrine instead. The same is true of the period before and after rhe public viewing of the Kyoto Imperial Palace in April and october, 14 May to 17 May due to the Aoi Festival, as well as when there is an Imperial House Hold Event.
2. Nishi Honganji Temple will be visited on 25 Jan, 25 May and 25 Oct instead of Kitano-tenmangu Shrine.
3. Nijo Castle isclosed on every Tuesday in January, July, Ausgust, December and the year end during these dates. the tour will visit Ryoanji temple instead.
4.Before entering Kyoto Imperial Palace, it is required to completea form indicationg full name, nationalituy, gender and age.
5. Pick-up service from Kyoto Hotel Okura, Karasuma Kyoto Hotel, Hotel Monterey Kyoto, and Nikko Princess Kyoto is not available during the Gion Festival (14th -16 July ) and the Jidai Festival (October 22) due to traffic restrictions.
6. After sightseeingm the bus will stop st the 1-Day Tour lunch location before going to Kyoto Station.
7. From Osaka Departure : Pupnlic Transportation will be used between Osaka and Kyoro Seating may not be available.
8. During the Gion Festival (July 14 - 16), drop-off service to Karasuma Kyoto Hotel and Hotel Monterey Kyoto is unavailable due to traffic restrictions.

Day 6 Hiroshima & Miyajima 1 Day
1.The tour will be accompanied by a certified English-speaking guide or an English-speaking tour assistant. from Kyoto and Osaka Departure, english - speaking guide or assistance services is included except while on board the Shinkansen.
2, Minimum participants required : 2 persons.
   If the minimum number of participants is not met by 5 days before a scheduled date, the tour on that date may be cancelled.
3.According to the number of participants, transportation ( microbus, raxi, train or tram) between Hiroshima and Miyajima will vary depending on the number of participants.
4.Lunch is not included in the tour.Please have lunch on your own at Miyajima. 

Day 7 Mt.Koya 2 Days
1.If you do not pick up your tickets at the Nankai information Center, you will be unable to join the tour. Nankai Information Center is open from 9 :00 to 20 : 00.
2.Participants are free to choose their desired train departure times. However please note that additional fees will be required for limited express trains ( JPY 780 / Adult and JPY 390/ Child as of 1 Sep 2015)
3. It is recommended to bring warm clothing as temperatures drop significantly in Koyasan,

4.Single and Triple rooms are same price as Twin rooms ( per person)
