Love Japan and particularly the skiing at Hakuba

Hi Fumiko,
Thanks so much for your help.  We loved Japan and particularly the skiing at Hakuba.  It was a shame that our Jetstar flight was delayed by 1 day as this meant less time skiing, but we had a fantastic time once we were there.

The snow in Hakuba was amazing and we got to ski in deep powder snow. 
The kids hadn't seen snow before so it was special.

The Japanese people were so friendly and helpful and so polite. 
After Hakuba we travelled by bullet train to Tokyo and your directions to get from Tokyo to Disney were very helpful. 
Our stay at the Sheraton Grande was very very nice and we loved Disneysea. 
We also did a afternoon tour of Tokyo which was really interesting and we could not have seen the sights without the tour.
