Mt. Fuji

Mt. Fuji, the highest peak in Japan. It is 3,776 meters in height
Mt. Fuji is the only mountain in the region so it has a tremendous impact.

Climbing season is coming soon!
The mountain will open on July 1th this year.

Climbing starts from Fuji 5th station, it takes 6-7 hours to climb up and 3-4 hours to go down.
The climbing starting point is 2,305m high.

When I climbed Fuji, I had only reached 30% up the mountain after 2 hours climbing, a long way till the top!

During peak season, it may take up to 10 hours to get to the top.

finally arrived at the top of the mountain.
There is less oxygen at higher altitudes so I had to be careful not to get altitude sickness.

There is a shrine on the top.

I could see the sunrise from the highest point in Japan. That was amazing!

You can walk around the crater. It takes about 80 mins.

We can see Mt.Fuji from Tokyo on sunny winter days.

Why don't you try to climb the highest mountain in Japan?
