Great customer service in Japan!

In May this year, my wife and I travelled to Japan.  It was a short trip primarily to take in the sights of this extraordinary country, indulge in the culinary experiences  and experience the great customer service which is raved about worldwide.  In the excitement of booking this holiday and two weeks to go, we realised that we had forgotten to order our JR Rail Passes (which include use on the Skinkansen (bullet trains) which connect the major cities in Japan) and pre-book any tours.

After performing a number of searches for organisations who could provide us with JR Rail passes, we found that Travel Japan in Perth were the quickest to respond and the most courteous team to deal with.

While at Travel Japan, we found that the staff were genuinely interested in our travel itinerary and provided suggestions of how to make the most of our trip; even though we did not book flights or accommodation through them.  The team at Travel Japan presented us with a myriad of brochures, useful websites and information on the key places that we proposed to visit whilst in Japan, including tips on using the rail system, in Japan, and also provided maps of the areas specific to our trip.

We booked our tour of Hiroshima and Miyajima Island with Yukiko, from Travel Japan . Great customer service in Japan; we have found starts right here in Australia, and in future when planning our second trip to this amazing country we will go straight to Travel Japan for all our travel needs.
