Hi Juliane, I hope you are well. This is a quick email to let you know that I am back in Brisbane, that everything went FANTASTICALLY WELL, the hotel in Hakuba was great and so was the one in Tokyo. Everything worked to perfection and our experience on the snow could not be better.
Thank you for being patient and helpful throughout the process as well as for making sure things worked well. I hope to be able to repeat the formula again in the near future.
