The New Furano Prince Hotel was good, airport transfers spot on. We had a double king size bed and no smoking room as requested and lift passes were as ordered. The rail pass was great and we were able to visit the Sapporo Snow festival and go to Abashiri and go on the icebreaker. The staff in the resort were exceptionally polite and helpful and there were just enough English speaking people to communicate effectively but still within a very Japanese culture. Skiing was spot on for us, good powder, no crowds and great onsen at end of day. Your organisation and planning was perfect and we are very impressed. When the "special deals" come out for next ski season I would appreciate you letting me know as we will book through you. Kind regards and thanks so much for organizing such a perfect trip.
