Zao was the most amazing ski experience

We've just returned from our ski trip to Japan and can I say that our journey and experience was nothing short of breathtaking. Zao Onsen and the Zao Kokusai Hotel was the most amazing ski experience I have had in my many, many years of skiing abroad. Whilst the hotel was perfectly located near the ski slopes, had good ski hire facilities and was extremely comfortable, we found that the staff both on front desk and the dinning area were just so obliging, helpful, professional and warmly accommodating of us as non Japanese. The meals at the hotel were stunning, in particular the dinners which were all traditional Japanese fare.
The Onsen at the Hotel was just incredible! It alone was worth the price of the hotel stay and feel the skiing, meals and the wonderful experiences we had were a bonus.
I cannot thank you and the staff at the Zao Kokusai Hotel enough for making this such an unbelievably wonderful and memorable experience for the both of us. Looking forward to the next time already!
