Hi Fumiko,
Just a short email to thank you for all you help in organising our skiing holiday. All your arrangement worked out very well. The Hirafu House 2 was very comfortable and well maintained. The ski hire you organised was very convenient, we were able to leave our skis and boots at the base of the gondola run every evening and they were open during night skiing.
